We are happy to develop customized company-specific training courses in cooperation with you.
To perfectly align our services with our clients' needs, we collaboratively create a detailed training concept with the client beforehand. This ensures that you receive precisely what you require.
As trainers, we deploy our highly qualified ISC instructors as well as external speakers, all of whom are experienced experts from various fields. This extensive network enables us to provide practical knowledge from diverse areas in our courses, ensuring a hands-on learning experience.
A particularly significant role in the practical aspect of our training is played by our modern production line, the "ISC Learning Factory", which serves not only for training purposes but also for sample production and testing of new methods. Upon request, the training sessions can also take place at the client's location. The instructional language is English or German.

Practice-oriented training and further education
The footwear and leather industry has a constant demand for well-trained professionals for both national and international roles. ISC primarily assists the industry's state training programs through practical instruction:
- Berufsschule Pirmasens (Vocational school Pirmasens): they utilize the technical means and facilities of the ISC for the practical training of future shoe manufacturers
- Deutsche Schuhfachschule (German Shoe College): he prospective shoe technicians and modelers who are pursuing a state degree at the DSF are housed in the ISC building and benefit from the ISC's infrastructure.
- Fachhochschule Kaiserslautern, Location Pirmasens (University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern): The ISC Germany organizes the practical seminar "Fundamentals of industrial shoe manufacturing" for the FH.
Furthermore, in collaboration with the IHK Pfalz (Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Palatinate region), we offer a series of certificate courses:
- "Product Manager Shoes": Since 2015, ISC has offered this certificate course in collaboration with the IHK.
- "Sustainability Manager" for the Shoe, Leather Goods, and Textile Industry": In response to industry demand, ISC launched this certificate course in collaboration with the IHK in 2018.
Through collaborations with renowned national and international partners, we provide apprentices in joint training forms with a unique opportunity to complete specific training aspects with us and our partners. This offers valuable insights into the multifaceted aspects of shoe production even during their training period.
