ISC Germany: Michael Tackenberg re-elected as PFI Board Chairman

At the PFI General Meeting and Board Meeting, which took place on 30 November 2022 in Pirmasens, Michael Tackenberg was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the Board. Thus, Michael Tackenberg, who has held this position since 2017, will remain in office for another three years. This ensures the continued development of the Pirmasens Testing and Research Institute in challenging times.

"We are pleased that with Michael Tackenberg we can set the course for a further successful future of the PFI," said Institute Director Dr. Kerstin Schulte, welcoming the re-election. The tasks of the proven shoe expert and technical specialist include initiating new projects and driving forward the PFI's various activities at home and abroad. "Not least thanks to his excellent contacts in the industry, Michael Tackenberg is the perfect person for this office," adds HDS/L Chairman Carl-August Seibel.
